Yes, it’s only for the primary. Yes, they’ll appeal the hell out of it. Yes, the Trump SCOTUS will likely overturn anything that hurt his delicate feelings…but the rage in Trump’s mildewy room in the Bridal Suite in Mar-a-Lago is incandescent right now, and I am here for it.
Regardless of the outcome, this is great to start to normalize the fact that he is an insurrectionist and should not be allowed to serve ANYWHERE let alone become President. I cannot wait for the temper tantrums! Love it!

Rick, I’m not positive the SC will rule against this. Maybe Thomas and Alito, but I’m not convinced the rest will.
The SC is on very shaky ground, with the lowest approval ratings in history. Do they want to shore up their credibility?
Also, they have consistently ruled against Trump.
