American Fascist

Like an alarm bell ringing out somewhere in the distant night, final warnings of Donald Trump’s fascism are drawing a least of few members of our largely sleepy political media out into the cold air, finally catching the smell of the forest fire about to engulf this nation.

Three pieces of remarkable journalism this week represent a final warning for this country that the man almost half of this nation worships as a god has been, is, and will be a fascist. That word is so fraught and scary to the media that they’ve resisted its use for a decade despite mounting evidence.

Say the f-word: Trump is a fascist in intent, word, and deed.

Oh, I can already hear my former Republican friends chuckling. “Libs owned again. Trump’s just joking. It’s just a show for the rubes. We can control Trump. He didn’t do it last time.”
