Thank you Jess Michaels, You are so brave...at twenty two we (women/girls) are still not strong or knowledgeable enough to have the strength to walk away...we are still impressionable, we are still not strong enough to understand the depth of damage that's been done. My daughter was the victim of date rape and has had to deal with this all her life...it's colored all her views...and she is so precious.. Jess, you are PRECIOUS to all of us!!! You might never read this but all of us...women especially, understand the degradation that was FORCED upon you and all the young ladies who are victims so we are so grateful for your important stand.

Jess Michaels is one brave lady for coming forward and being willing to tell her story so candidly. Ordinary people don't expect to cross paths with master manipulators like Jeffrey Epstein, so her reaction to him is completely understandable. I'm sorry she spent so many years thinking she was at fault somehow, when she never was. Epstein's behavior - and entitled attitude - is a mirror image of Trump's when he said, 'when you're a star, they let you do it.' No, they fucking don't. They're in shock and paralyzed. Thank you, Ms Michaels for enlightening the public about what victims of sexual assault really go through and the aftermath they endure for years. Thank you for this show, Rick.
I'm sorry you had to endure years of bullying in school, Mike. At least these women now know they aren't to blame for anything that happened to them, and they're not alone either. Millions of people are on their side. Seems pretty much anything to do with MAGA world is ugly, eh?
This was VERY difficult to watch. Women and girls are shamed into believing SA is our fault. It’s long past time we tell our stories. All of the stories. I’m grateful my granddaughter has the kind of relationship where she was able to tell my daughter she’d been assaulted. She was only seven when she was raped by her thirteen year old babysitter. Blaming oneself, whether one was bullied or sexually abused, is common. As in almost always
I was bullied badly for years in grade school through HS. Blamed myself for years.
These poor women - what they'll now experience in the way of attacks and blowbacks from the MAGA world will be ugly.
