While the news cycle churns with its usual parade of dysfunction, revolutionary breakthroughs in medicine, physics, and space exploration remind us that human ingenuity remains our species’ superpower.
Sometimes, and particularly this week, even I need some uplift. I know, I know…it’s my gimlet-eyed nature that brought you here, but while the world is on fire, our President is a gibbering loonbucket, and our AI overlords are coming to kill us all in a blaze of radioactive fire, there are a few bright spots in the world.
