Trump is destructive. He is a destroyer. He has set his mind to destroy a nation and the ripples of that will reach our allies. T is deluded & delusional. He’s contagious passing his delusions to others via lies about their and our beloved country. We have to vote him out so badly that he gives up enough to go live in a Memory Care home.
Saturday my son, his wife and their 19 year old daughter voted…all of us straight ticket Democrat! Then we went to a pie shop to celebrate my granddaughter’s first time voting. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 Folks, we have a New Democrat!
So I got another mailer from Your Community PAC, this time in a conventional envelope. Delaware address with the standard PAC authorization disclaimer. Black and white printed, 2024 Voting Guide on the envelope. Inside was an 8½" x 11" sheet of paper, single-side printed, union bug on the bottom, that bullet pointed three issues. Regular church attendance (Harris yes, Trump no), did crime fall on their watch (Harris yes, Trump no), respect for our seniors (Harris yes, Trump no).
This is an exquisitely targeted piece of mail, aimed at seniors who aren't on social media ("In a world dominated by TikToks, Instagrams and Tweets, we need a president who is focused on what's really important"). Gotta be super cheap to produce and mail. I approve this message ;)
I also got another large glossy blast at David McCormick I didn't bother to look at ;)

I don't know if it's AI, but it's an artist's rendering and yeah, it's a little generic. The Time magazine charcoal cover portrait was much better (Trump was obsessed with it and called it "beautiful," LOL).
Trump has been _so jealous_ of Time covers his entire life; he has fake ones of himself all over his office, ROTFL. When he did make it to the cover of Time in the middle of his first term, it was a dark, unflattering caricature with an absurdly long red tie.
I'd forgotten all about that! Actually, if I read it correctly, 27 (!) covers -- all but two, VERY unflattering. You can google them. I was so amazed and amused that I started collecting them. I've tossed them since.
I was going to say 6 or 8 times (usually being in flood waters). But when I googled it, what I found said 27! Hard to believe. See what you can find, and let me know!
Trying to squeeze out votes for Harris doing what she is doing when paydirt more likely would come from her changing what she's doing, any way you or anyone could get this to her?
How you have articulated what Harris can offer - the ideals and the function of government in our life is masterful and timely. Thanks. Government should be there for us and to benefit us. What we have been living through with Trump is a twisted narcissistic show that demands our constant emotional response. Basta.
Folks, if you are a political campaign, you don't not want to be doing damage control for racist slurs and jokes from your closing rally 8 days before the election. Even if you're Donald Trump. Stay strong everyone, we're gonna win. The VP is closing incredibly strong and it will show on November 5th.
Rick, I looked forward daily to your musings. If I see you on MSNBC (which runs continuously on a specific TV in our home) I stop what I’m doing to listen to your sage/humorous/sarcastic spot. Even though we were originally on different sides of the fence, I am learning that we have more commonalities than differences. Thank you for shining a spotlight on the abnormal ugliness that encompasses MAGA. Thank you for your love of country and democracy. Thank you for teaching us that we can have different views, but as long as we have a belief our constitution and a desire for its protection, there is only one side. Unity. Thanks Rick!
