Why has everyone just memory-holed the fact Trumps initial primary campaign was fueled by his initial message that ‘all these other politicians can be bought, but I’m rich and don’t need donations and all be funding my own campaign’ he used this line repeatedly to hammer Jeb and the others but then went on to run the most lucrative 8 year grift in history
Why isn’t he asked everyday what happened to self funding
Nothing new here. This is classic Donald Trump showing us who he has always been.
Trump was in his classic abuser DARVO mode: Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender.
He heard his own rude words spoken back to him, then accused the woman who quoted them of being the rude one, then claimed to be a victim because the event started late, a technical issue she had nothing to do with.
Trump was in his classic racist mode: Denying VP Kamala Harris's identity as a Black woman, claiming she "switched" her identity from Indian to Black when she has always proudly claimed the heritage of both of her parents.
Trump was in his classic misogynistic mode: Claiming he wasn't certain if VP Harris passed the bar exam, implying that a woman could have served as a prosecuting attorney and a state Attorney General without having first met the basic qualifications of earning a law degree and passing the state bar exam.
Trump was in his classic delusional mode: Challenging VP Harris to a cognitive health exam and questioning her ability to pass the California bar exam when he daily shows signs of cognitive decline and has a history of paying others to take college entrance exams for him.
This is the best version of Donald Trump we're ever going to get from now on. His cognitive decline will only increase daily as will his sense of grievance and entitlement.
The whole point here, is Kamala Harris is a professional, with the resume to prove it. Many men can't tolerate being upstaged by a smart, vivacious and confident woman. She has what it takes to upstage most any man, and she is doing it with poise, class, and dignity - and she's got the majority of the nation's women behind her. It's well past time for America to have a woman of her credentials: a prosecutor, an attorney general, a vice president who understands the issues, has command of the law, and knows how to get things done.
One of the interesting side-notes of the Paris 2024 Olympics opening ceremony controversy (just look it up…if you dare) that I came across in the discussions is that it’s well-documented that Sally Hemings accompanied Thomas Jefferson on one (at least) of his diplomatic trips to Paris. Given a chance, wouldn’t it be great for an intrepid journalist (um, how about ABC News’ Rachel Scott?) to ask JD Vance this question:
“Sally Hemings bore six children* by Thomas Jefferson. Would you call Hemings a ‘DEI hire’? Please explain.”

Is it just me or did anyone else think about Netanyahu standing at the alter of Democracy, the podium addressing Congress and soon thereafter someone gets whacked in Beirut, another in Tehran and a third taken out by bombing his house.
