Talarico reminds me of a left version of Kirk; but actually honest and caring about all people. Not a pretender!

That said, I really like Jasmine C as well and this party needs more like her; smart, savvy and she takes no prisoners!…:)

Talirico shines The Light on hypocrisy. We must beat the monsters using the religion. I don’t call myself a Christian. That word is dirty. I’m sickened by the cavalier treatment of our sacred dead. It makes me dizzy. Today I wrote about my great-uncle who served during WWI (cool WWI photos included). Edward Albert Ueeck was the subject of the book, “The Man From Sheep Mountain” written by Kim Ueeck. Ed sent his dog to fight in WWII. That’s a true story for another day. “Of 160 volunteers from Waushara County, Wisconsin, thirty-five of us came back, still together.” ~ Edward. A. Ueeck

They Want 1939 Germany?

They’ll Get 1789 France!

For generations Americans were told a comforting fairy tale: that immense wealth was proof of brilliance, that the billionaire class were the nation’s indispensable geniuses, and that the invisible hand of the market would guide their fortunes toward the public good. It was a pleasant myth—like believing the fox had volunteered to guard the henhouse out of civic virtue. • #OWTH

But look closer and the illusion collapses like a stage set made of cardboard and campaign donations. “Off With Their Heads”

Dallas County Republicans & Paxton absolutely suppressed the vote in Jasmine’s home territory, but we have to hold the right people responsible for that and it’s not James who did it. As a Texan I adore both of them-voted for Jasmine in the primary but am 100% team James going forward. We will see Jasmine again. She has a huge future coming.

"Democrats are out to take this state. Can they? It's a long haul."

Stipulated. But as Nelson Mandela said, 'It always seems impossible until it happens." I this is the year it happens.

The threat alone has value. If Texas polling stays close through summer, national Republican donors have to hedge. Senate leadership PACs have to make decisions about where to deploy late money. Candidates in other states get less support because Texas is pulling resources. A race that ends in a 4-point Republican win can still be a Democratic strategic success if it cost the other side $50 million to get there.

I’m glad that CBS froze his visit to Steven Colbert show. This really shoved Talarico to the front of the pack. Jasmine C is still my favorite but hopefully she’ll remain in the spot light as Texas needs some serious wake up calls!!!Some Ann Richard’s energy!!!❤️💪

She issued a very classy statement of support and unity after the race was called. Great job by Jasmine Crockett! I really hope she spends the next couple of years building a campaign and a small donor base to take on Ted Cruz. That would be an epic battle - and she's just the woman for the job!

Absolutely or Governor? Texas has a long history of Democratic governors and maybe it’s time for another one!!!

I'm tired of Texas, but Jasmine and James give me hope.

(Formerly, it was Molly Ivins and James Hightower.)

I'll say this for Texas and Texans. No one ever gets tattoos of Indiana or Connecticut.
