That was fiery, Rick. You were straight to the point and you made it crystal clear how dire the situation is; as if you collected thoughts from all of us and merged them into the message. RFKjr has not one ounce of expertise that would qualify him for this position which definitely requires someone with a background in medicine and science also that has practical experience and administrative expertise. At least that’s what I want to see.
It doesn't take a genius to know that RFK (Rotten %$#@&*@ Kreep) will end up killing us all because of his bubbling ways and his fear of science. I don't know everything there is to know about medical science but I know enough to know that that jackass will stop or hinder vaccines that will prevent epidemics. If the scientist Louis Pasteur were alive today Kennedy would have him jailed or executed.
He fired a bunch, but I don't know how many. The DC tower was severely understaffed and the controller handling planes was also handling helicopters. Usually there are separate controllers for each type of aircraft.
So there was another horrific plane crash tonight, in my neck of the woods (North Philly, not too far from Center City where I live). It was a private plane, six on board, that nosedived into a building, set off major explosions and fires, wasted a few cars. This wasn't an air traffic control issue, obviously either cataclysmic pilot error or a gross malfunction, but let it be known that the FAA is responsible for all civilian air safety, private and commercial.
Can hardly _wait_ to hear what Trump has to say about it.
Okay, so it was a medical transport Lear jet, just took off (full tank of jet fuel), only in the air for about six minutes, squirrely flying conditions (wind, fog and rain). Air traffic control might have more culpability than I initially thought.
The appointees: “A batch of the most terrible, low rent, weird, corrupt, unethical, unqualified, unprincipled, un-American, creeps, kooks, mooks, strangers, drifters, serial killers... god knows what else.”
That was fun. But you left out puppy killers. I actually went to high school with a serial killer. William Scott Smith is the serial killer you look at and say, “Duhdoy. Of course he killed those young women.”
Tomorrow, I’m starting my Substack post with the above. I write for an audience of one -- ME. I think I’m hilarious. I don’t post on Fridays. That’s the Lord’s Day.
To continue my train of thought from the downthread post, here's another mind-boggling irony:
Do you remember during the pandemic when all the conspirazoids were huffing and puffing about the Great Reset? This was the idea that the global elite was using covid as an excuse to inject us all with a timed-release poison to cull the population by billions so they could enjoy the peace and quiet. This idea has a long heritage and it began in reaction to the environmental movement, especially to the Ehrlichs' bestseller The Population Bomb, a since-discredited Malthusian prognostication about overpopulation (they didn't take into account the Green Revolution).
It's behind the Christian outrage at China's One-Child Policy and of course it's behind the pro-life movement. Those nasty liberal elite don't care about the planet, they just want less of you.
And of course this dovetails with the more recent Great Replacement theory, although that's not about population per se, just driving down the "naturally" dominant ethnic group. So the answer is more babies babies babies (as long as they're white). The global elite hates more babies!
But the greatest resetters of all are Musk and the broligarchs.
Elmo is an avowed apocalypse fetishist. It's what the straight out of Mad Max CyberTruck is about. It's what colonizing Mars is about. It's what building survival compounds on private islands is about. The broligarchs have a seething _contempt_ for humanity and RFKjr is their Angel of Death.
They want to kill us all while they enjoy the show from their bunkers. Literally.
From the earlier RFKjr thread, which I wrote when the thread was dead:
I just saw your Elephant in the Room on RFKjr. So powerful. So glad you got me to call my senators. So nice to see a clip of my girl Fightin' Liz tearing his lungs out over American Samoa.
Like nearly all of you, I spent freakish amounts of time on Twitter during the pandemic. In the second year when Joe was president and the vaccines and mitigation measures became politicized, I was in daily knock-down-drag-outs with antivaxxers. Some Socratic, in good faith, ridiculously long exchanges with sealions who "did their own research." Some snarkfests with idiots. Dealing with antivaxxers bootstrapped my knowledge of the subject and became a full-time hobby.
The common through line in all their arguments (such as they were) is the boatloads of cash being made by Pfizer and Moderna. It's why you couldn't trust Fauci, the NIH, the WHO, the entire community of immunologists and research virologists because they all got a cut of the profits.
And now you have a guy who openly admits he has a big financial stake in a bunch of nuisance class actions against vaccine makers and that furthermore, he won't divest himself. Could you imagine if Fauci said that about Pfizer and Moderna? _Bragged_ that he had a financial interest?
And the financial conspiracy theorists _support this guy._ I can't even ...

The same idiots crying about "The Great Reset" are pushing for this.
See my post below.

Sarah and George express so much of what people have been saying and feeling here. This is a thoroughly excellent podcast:

Rick, is it worth it for us Floridians to call our senators? There must be a better use of our time.

I heard through employee grapevine that trump fired 3000 air traffic controllers last week. Does anyone know about this?
He fired a bunch, but I don't know how many. The DC tower was severely understaffed and the controller handling planes was also handling helicopters. Usually there are separate controllers for each type of aircraft.
He will have to get in line. Looks like trump- musk are already doing that.

Well said. It definitely looks that way.
I wouldn't have done heroin with him on my worst day in the 90s. ( probably)
That says a lot.
I'm absolutely terrified to be completely honest.
Sick to my stomach, terrified.
As always, Thank you Rick.
Love, StacyO 💕
Agreed.
