‘Trump Is Again Confused’: Trump Mixes Up Who Is President During Speech — Media Calls Him Out (in a rare criticism of the orange sadist). REQUEST: can the Lincoln Project do a commercial/series of commercials where the O.S. shows clear signs of dementia? Maybe with an ending: "DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS MAN TO HAVE HIS HAND ON THE NUCLEAR BUTTON?"

I like these videos that send me to YouTube because then I can LIKE it twice -- here and there! lol

I'm just going to paste what I wrote there because I think it bears repeating:

Dems need to stop believing that, "oh, that won't happen," because it will. Start working like you believe that these people on the right ARE going to do what they say they will do. If they get into the offices they want, they WILL because they will be able to. Heads out of the sand and listen to Rick Wilson because he GETS it!

Perhaps those zombies need to be reminded what their Republican Party did in response to the request for govt funding for super storm Sandy relief. The R’s in DC said to Long Island....”no soup for you”.

Have a good weekend yourself Rick. Veterans Day is the one holiday that makes me stop and think. I have never been a flag waver. Too many cowards hide behind flags.

My Dad was a Flying Tiger who was shot down on his 40th mission. I woke up most nights as a child to his screams as his nightmares woke him up. The flames engulfed his cockpit as he struggled to get the canopy open. He lived that every night for most of his life.

He put his ass on the line for or nation, Constitution and our way of life.

I'm so sorry to hear that. My Dad was a 2nd Lt. in the Air Transport Command (Navigator). A generation of heroes!

Rick, I read "Everything Trump touches dies" on Audible, with you narrating it. Great book!

And now Trump wants to touch our democracy. Not a chance in hell while we still stand.

Keep "hammering out danger" and thank you for keeping us informed and inspired....

Have a great weekend, my liege. And yeah, anyone who still thinks that the Trump Fascists are kidding about all that retribution stuff hasn't really been paying attention. That's how democracies die (version #135): people not paying attention...

Thank you for spending your time to relay to us how important our future is. Had dinner with a friend who insisted that if Donald Trump is not elected the economy will crash. An educated person. How do I break through.?

At this point, nothing you CAN do but slap them upside the head and say, ala Cher, "SNAP OUT OF IT!"

Hey Rick! Great seeing you again! And great venue! I wish I could visit you, and we could have a cup of coffee together. I could pet Jane too. I would love to see any cool political coffee cups you have in future video visits. By the way, I am watching you on a large HP gaming monitor. You look great and your surroundings are so inviting! Have a great weekend, and keep doing what you are doing! Jim

The issue is the lefties who try to declare this a validation of their position, instead of a repudiation of the fucked up right

100%! And on the other side, the fucked-up right thinks they lost because they're not extreme ENOUGH! It would be funny if it wasn't so stupid and dangerous to democracy.

I spent 5 years inside the Beltway, and observed first hand that most politicians are not stupid people. In public, they say whatever will get them votes, even if it sounds stupid, but when the microphones are off, they are generally thoughtful and reasonable people. The issue is the lack of a center or a path toward the center, plus the glorification of legislative losers like Jordan and AOC because controversy makes for good TV or social media.

Personally, I think non-partisan open primaries and ranked-choice voting should be made universal because they eliminate "safe" seats and spoiler candidates, and thus weaken the power of parties to run the government for their own benefit. Sadly, the major parties have become too entrenched for that to happen--that's the real danger to democracy.

Yes, a good week. I am amazed at your energy Rick. It keeps be perking along. Tomorrow I am attending a "meet and greet" for three Democratics hoping to be our candidate for Congress. It is hopeful when candidates find their way out into these hills. Oh, I listened to Reed's Podcast, "How to be Abe with Jonathan Shapiro." Really good. I give it 10 stars. As always Rick, thanks so much. Take care.
