Ukraine aid will pass. In supporting it, both Mike Johnson and Mitch McConnell braved the fires of their Putin caucus members, but something much bigger is underneath the changes. Yes, the polling I mentioned yesterday shook some GOP pros, but even Trump is shifting on this issue.
