Trumps World Is Falling Apart
Donald Trump has always lived for the spotlight. For years, he crafted an alternate reality where he was the infallible hero and any inconvenient facts were dismissed as “fake news.” His insatiable need for attention and his feral skill at co-opting the media allows him to dominate news cycles with Munchausean claims, Twitter tirades, and rally rants.
In Trump’s world, it’s always the biggest, the best, the smallest, the worst, and endless spray of superlatives, a world where statistics are fungible on a good day, polls are only “accurate” when they favor him, and losing is impossible because the game is always rigged by evil malefactors..
But lately, that house of mirrors is cracking.
Reality is biting back, and even Trump’s legendary bullshit tornado can’t cover up the cold metrics of public opinion. The long-running con that sustained his 2024 political persona is starting to falter under the weight of facts, most notably his falling poll numbers across the board. I’ll have a longer video out on this later today, but the news is grim. TLDR: People think he’s a bad President, and it’s getting worse, fast.
