Donald Trump isn't immune from prosecution.
It’s not every day the good guys get a crisp, clean win in court.
Today was one of those days. The Rule of Law, the text of the Constitution, and the appeals court popped the fantasy bubble of Donald Trump’s wildly expansive idea of his immunity to prosecution, and I am here for it.
Four different lawyers I’m in touch with (including 2 who have practiced before the Supreme Court) say this ruling is ironclad, tough, and straight up the middle.
Next stop, SCOTUS, where the real fun begins.

At the same time the House Rs are attempting to frame a resolution claiming Jan6 was not an insurrection. Well there are the in situ photos of Member Stefanik hiding behind the seats and others cowering before they were evacuated.
