I wish that the Lincoln Project would make a better effort to educate Trump voters on the lies and distortions that they are spreading about inflation. This is a very effective argument I have made with several friends and family members who support(ed) Trump:

I agree with Sandra. Dumped the Daily Beast because I felt that they moved from sharp, sometimes pointed characterizations of the individual to mean-spirited personal assassination attempts. Just got so disgusted with the same ol' diatribes.
Daily Beast is cr*p now, anyway. I was disgusted at their article insinuating Biden is salty. Made the President have to actually deny such nonsense in his speech.

I have only recently subscribed to your substack, but have been reading you for years through books and other media (and listening too). I can say, without a doubt, your writing kept me sane during the Trump years. To hear the voice of a working conservative, one that echoed my own thoughts about what I was seeing and hearing, gave me hope that all was not lost when this country elected that vile creature. You may be the only person who wrote about Trump in the earlier days that was able to make me laugh at the situation. Everything seemed bleak and you were able to find the black humor through it all. We are not done with them, but I am grateful for you getting me through what hopefully were the worst times. We deserve joy.
