Wow - looking at Trump's face (ick) I wonder how he even sees through that pair of marshmallows with shriveled (even more than usual) raisins stuck in them. His lip pucker looks nearly painful, a clenched oral orifice. Probably from demonstrating what he "likes" in private.

Doncha 'spose this is why the Heritage Foundation Opus Dei picked Trump as their battering ram? All they need to do is tell that pitiful git that, "Sir, if you do this, that, or the other ridiculously idiotic and destructive thing, MAGA will love you again." Seems to be a time-tested theory.

I think Cassidy apologized later.

From Maine: we thank the stupid GOP & Susie Collins for making our assignment easier. #PlatnerForMaine

The Republican Senators did this to themselves. I don’t feel sorry for them. They allowed all the corruption. None of this was done in a vacuum. It’s been in the open. All these politicians care about is power. They don’t care about the American people or they would not have voted for the”Big Beautiful Bill”. They deserve everything that comes their way.

Lindy's avatar

They care only about power, money, and their own interests.

The more independents this year the better (this gives wobbly Republicans cover to leave their party). Nothing happens in a vacuum- it will get much worse for the GOP soon, and I look forward to Rick completely destroying them some more 😂

Thanks Rick. Great script. Yes the GOP house and senate members are finally getting the drift , they helped it happen and they worked hard to get belittled and insulted. Getting rid of Trump, Stephen Miller and the Heritage Foundation cabal would be "The Save America Act" Trump does not have a dog , not only because he dislikes dogs, a self respecting dog would not go near him. It is so nice to see the president and his cohorts rat feasting on each other. Rick Scott you drooling slobbering sycophant telling the world Trump did a marvelous job in the Iranian war. Get real .

Well, he fid accomplish a 100% surrender for the US. To him, that’s an A+

@RickWillson I don’t want to get my hopes up, but fingers crossed we will wake up tomorrow and the decay in the White House will be gone.

CHRISTINE's avatar

do you think it's gonna be that easy going to sleep and waking up in the world is back to normal? The United States Citizen’s need to be more like the Albanians protesting Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. THE NO KING RALLY IS A JOKE WHEN YOU COMPARE IT TO THE ALBANIANS DEMANDING THAT THEIR FLAMINGO SANCTUARY REMAIN PROTECTED. HAVE WE ALL BECOME SO COMPLACENT, FAT, AND LAZY AND INTIMIDATED THAT WE CANNOT FIGHT TO PROTECT OUR CONSTITUTION, AND BILL OF RIGHTS? I hate Donald Trump. I hope he eats shit and dies sooner than later.

Lynn Van Haren's avatar

No, it’s because Americans have no worker protections & they need their jobs

Sharon Gibson's avatar

Of course not, but I can always take a day to dream between the hard work to change things. The Albania comparison is real, though — thousands of Albanians have rallied for weeks against the Kushner/Ivanka resort, growing into calls for their PM’s resignation with solidarity protests across Europe, North America, and Australia. That’s a real and worth holding up as an example civil action.

Your anger is justified, and a lot of us feel the same frustration. But wishing harm or death on anyone doesn’t get us closer to justice — it just hands Trump and his allies the narrative they want. So instead of that, what concrete steps do you think we should actually be taking? I am open to listen and discuss.

Mike's avatar

Yes, we have

250 years, never been invaded or threatened in any way by a foreign power.

We spend more on the military than the next 16 countries combined and we lose wars with regularity since WWII

And yet, the world loved us. “Loved” us. Past tense

John Andreae's avatar

No we didn’t love you . You just loved yourselves above all others and pushed your weight about just as trump is doing now

John Ossof is one of the few handful of Democrats that are eloquent. Many of the progressive ones are bright, ebullient and able to express themselves. Schumer at almost 80 sounds like Biden near the end...unable to formulate a cogent thought without the written word in front of him. Jeffries was a shoe salesman that needs to return to his profession.

Mike's avatar

I’ve said the same many times about those two. The knee jerk response is usually some form of “ok Mr. Know it all, who would you like instead?”

Start with ANY FUCKING ONE

Declan's avatar

The sad aspect is that Dem Senatirs voted him leader. They must be all responsible for this..I see/hear no opposition to Schumer.

I just think there are going to be so many Trump-inspired monkey wrenches thrown into certain elections and states that it will simply result in complete chaos which is Trump’s objective. So forgive me for not being so bullish on a Blue Wave in November. I’ll believe it when I see it. We’ve been here so many times before I stopped counting.

M F Drummy's avatar

Hijinks and jerkoffs. Mikes of America rule.

Mike's avatar

I’ve written the same 50x. Their attempt to steal this election will make J6 look like spring training.

Add to that Dem voters proclivity for purity testing good candidates and not showing up at all and there is no guaranteed blue wave

Goldilocks's avatar

It’s a poll tax, which is illegal.
