Not exactly. The point is that there are different sorts of MAGA influencers. Some of them will remain glued to Trump's ass no matter what he does because Trump has them on speed dial. If Charlie Kirk, e.g., has to justify the pardoning of Ghislaine Maxwell and call her a "victim" because Trump does, he'll do it. The MAGA influencers who live and die by access to the WH are basically hopeless.
But there is an outer ring of MAGA influencers who were around before Trump and will remain long after he's gone. Alex Jones, Glenn Beck, Tucker Carlson have all built their own audiences. And beyond that ring of OG right-wing influencers come the manosphere pod bros who aren't highly political. What this group has that the MAGA personality cultists don't is that they're not so much dedicated to Trump himself as they are to being anti-establishment. Most often that aligns with Trump when they see him fighting the "deep state" or pushing back against "wokeness." But not always, as with Epstein. These bros are the most skeptical on the Trump line about Epstein and want the damn files released.
Joe Rogan has one of, and at times the, most popular podcast in the country. The WH is desperately trying to get him on board with their Epstein story. He's the canary in the coalmine. Keep your eyes on him if he ceases to be skeptical.
